Update: Due to other work commitments I will not be able to take on any new individual clients for the foreseeable future.  I am pleased to be offering a mindful eating course in Summertown, Oxford in February 2014

Sophie has runs a private clinic at Summertown in north Oxford. She specialises in a mindful eating approach to weight management and long term health conditions such as diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome and cardiovascular issues. She combines mindfulness with practical nutrition know-how and down-to-earth strategies for eating healthily.

Sophie can advise on:

Healthy weight and healthy living whatever your size

Pre-conception weight management

Cardiovascular disease

Pre and post bariatric surgery concerns

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

Diabetes and pre-diabetes

Just ask and we’ll tell you if we can help. If we can’t we will happily recommend another dietitian in the local area

Where

Our clinic is Summertown, North Oxford.  Summertown is easily accessible from Oxford, Kidlington, Banbury, Witney & Chipping Norton while some clients come from farther afield in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire. Parking is available at the clinic and there are regular buses to and from the city centre in the South and Kidlington in the North.

How to book

You can refer yourself to see Sophie as a private patient without a referral from your doctor. If you have a complicated medical background we may need to get in touch with your Doctor before your appointment to make sure that we have all of the information that we need to give you helpful and safe advice.  Our fees are in line with the British Dietetic Association guidlines and are typically £65 for a one hour appointment.  If you would like to make an appointment please email or call Sophie or fill in our contact form and we will get straight back to you.

Sophie is happy to work collaboratively with other medical and psychological specialists involved in supporting you.
