This month has started busily with a flurry of lovely new clients looking to improve their health in 2013. I am also very pleased to say that I have moved my clinic to a new location. I am still based in North Oxford but now on the Woodstock Road at Oxford Equilibrium, working alongside Carl and Jo who offer excellent sports & remedial massage therapy and personal training services.
If you’re in the newsagents then do take a peek in this months Essentials magazine where I have contributed a few feel-good meal suggestions to an article on how food can help your mood (part of my work as a spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association).
I have also been spending some time looking around the Oxford area for a good venue to hold a workshop on mindful eating later in the spring. If you know somewhere that could hold a group of 8 to 10 people in surroundings that are peaceful and ideally beautiful to look at then drop me an email. Oh and with parking too – I’m not asking for much.
And a recipe tip for you – in my kitchen on repeat has been this pumpkin and rice soup. Good on its own and amazing with a drizzle of the lemon, rosemary and herb butter.
